Elvira Ablaza retires as PRIMEX President

Ms. Elvira C. Ablaza has retired as PRIMEX President and CEO after 31 productive years. She founded PRIMEX in August 1989 and under her able leadership, she steered PRIMEX to be a leading Philippines-based international consulting company and the No. 1 Philippine consulting firm at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) from January 2015 to December 2019.

I am very proud that I have achieved my vision for PRIMEX to be a world-class management consulting firm rendering a wide range of technical services to clients in developing countries in the Pacific Rim. This has been made possible through our hard work, dedication, and our passion for excellence, which have driven our managers and staff to deliver high-quality outputs. Our being a boutique consulting firm has not stopped us from rising to the top in this highly competitive industry.
