Mr. Ryohei Ishii was elected Chairman and President of PRIMEX at the Special Meeting of the Board of Directors held via Zoom on 6 January 2021 with the retirement of Ms. Elvira C. Ablaza, PRIMEX Founder and President and CEO.
As Chairman and President of PRIMEX, Mr. Ishii will focus on enhancing teamwork and open communication among management, staff, and consultants. He believes that these will contribute to the well-being of staff and consultants given the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.

A Civil Engineer by profession, Mr. Ishii has more than 15 years of experience in business development and project management in Japanese official development assistance-funded projects in various parts of the world.
