PRIMEX retains rank as ADB’s top consulting firm in the Philippines

PRIMEX retained its position as the top Philippine consulting firm involved in Asian Development Bank (ADB) loan, grant, and technical assistance projects from 2013 to 2017. The ranking was published in ADB’s Philippines Fact Sheet and posted on their website on 24 April 2018, a week before the 51st Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors in Manila. ADB Fact Sheets summarize the most recent and current ADB-assisted programs in member economies, ongoing challenges, and future directions.

“This is great news that we share with the PRIMEX team and all our consultants. We are proud of our team’s hard work and we are grateful for the support of our industry partners and consultants. Without them, this will not be possible. As you know, PRIMEX has always strived to be the best and to perform over and beyond the usual terms of reference. I believe that it is our commitment to quality and excellence that sets us apart from the others.”

Elvira C. Ablaza, PRIMEX President and CEO

Most of the contracts that PRIMEX won in the last five-year period, 2013-2017, as Lead Firm, were in the agriculture and natural resources, education, and health, mostly in Southeast Asia (Cambodia, Laos, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, and Viet Nam). In addition to these contracts are several others in the infrastructure sector (roads, airports and seaports, railways, passenger terminals) in the Philippines, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, and Tuvalu.
